The Conversation

We play by posting back and forth over Discord whenever we have time. There are no sessions. Play happens as one ongoing conversation.

The conversation has two layers:

• OOC (the default). Table-talk. We talk things out, clarify the fiction and positioning, agree on what happens, roll dice, etc.
• IC (the zoom-in). Fiction & roleplay. When either of us feels a moment deserves the spotlight, we write it out in-character. IC writing is always blockquoted and italicized, so that it stands clearly apart from the table-talk. Zoom in often. The fiction is where the game lives!

Days may pass between posts. That's normal play, not a stall.
